While our focus is on Dog & Cat Training, we do offer pet sitting and dog walking services! Whether you’re going out of town or just need someone to check on your animal in the morning or late at night, we got you covered!
These services include animals such as mammals (large or small, dog, cat, rabbits, hamsters, etc), fish, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.
Our hours for these services are typically from 7am to 12pm and 11pm-1am. These hours offer opportunities to provide long walks and check in’s, in the mornings and a late potty break in the evening and locking up the place so your pet is safe & sound.

What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every pet. From House Sitting, Drop-in Visits, Dog Walks, and Late Night Checks.

Pet Sitting/House Sitting services include us coming over to your home to care for your animal or animals. We’d provide care such as cleaning/freshening up bedding, potty breaks/scoops, cleaning bowls and giving them fresh food & water, provide exercise and enrichment, and can accommodate certain requests such as oral medication administration, senior animal care, breed specific care, special diets, etc!
This service is only provided between 7am - 12pm Monday - Friday or 7am-6pm on Weekends. Typically the service is an hour long however on weekends we can provide a longer appointment depending on your animal’s needs.

This is a 30 minute service where we will come over to your home to quickly check on your animal or animals and provide a quick potty break, scoop, water refill and if needed, refill on food. Drop-in Visits can include medication administration or special care only during our service hours!

This is different from our Loose Leash Package as we do not provide training during this service HOWEVER we will provide the quality of walk your dog deserves and needs. This service is for a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood. If discussed prior to finalizing booking, we’d be happy to take your pup out to a near by park or on a hike at an additional rate (this would typically be an hour long service to accommodate travel time).
If you are training your dog on your own or through a different trainer, we will abide by whatever steps/guide/tools you are using to train your dog.

Our late night check in’s are great for pet parents who like giving their animal a last opportunity to stretch their legs and go potty, animals who need timed medication late at night, or maybe you’ll be tired after traveling all day to get home after midnight that having someone come care for your pet will help ease that stress before you arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions!
Each sections will showcase our rates and additional costs for certain add-ons as well as go over our policies such as cancelation.

New Client Forms must be submitted one week before the date you’re wanting to book however once we have completed that service, we will require the following options.
House Sitting: 3 Days in advanced from desired date. Only for weekday mornings or any time during our service hours on weekends.
Drop-in Visits: 2 days in advanced from desired date. Only for weekday mornings or any time during our service hours on weekends.
Dog Walking: 2 days in advanced for our 30 minute service. 3 days in advanced if approved and discussed for outings like a park or a hiking trail. Service is provided only in the mornings on weekdays and anytime during our service hours on the weekend.
Late Night Check: 2 days in advanced for desired date and time. Only between 11pm - 1am any day of the week.

Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a full charge. This is for all Pet Care Services.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a service will be charged at full rate.
Clients must cancel by phone, email, or test to ensure the cancellation is received.
In the event of illness, injury or emergency for client, we will reschedule at no extra cost at our discretion.
In the event of illness, injury or emergency for animal, we will reschedule at no extra cost so long as the client provides proof via, photos, videos, or vet records.
Extreme weather or unsafe conditions may result in a service being postponed or cut short for safety reasons. Pet Caretaker will notify Client if this happens.
Repeated last-minute cancellations (3 or more) may result in refusal of future bookings.

House Sitting
Dogs & Cats: $30 a day/night
Small Mammals: $25 a day/night
Reptiles, Amphibians, Fish & Invertebrates: $20 a day/night
Drop-in Visits:
Dogs & Cats: $15 a visit
Small Mammals, Reptiles, Amphibians, Fish & Invertebrates: $10 a visit
Dog Walking:
30 Minute walk: $20
1 hour: $25
1 hour at a park or hike: $30
Late Night Check:
Dogs & Cats: $18 a visit
Small Mammals, Reptiles, Amphibians, Fish & Invertebrates: $14 a visit
Please be sure to read the details of each service above as they have different times and care provide.
Ex: Drop-in Visits only offer potty breaks but not 30 minute walks for dogs.

Yes!
Clients must disclose any history of aggression, reactivity, or bite incidents prior to service. This includes any reports made to their local animal control.
Yes, this is meant for any and all animals. This will help the Pet Care Taker provide the best care safely to your animal.
CMH Training LLC reserves the right to refuse or end a service immediately if an animal poses a safety threat.
Services may be paused or adjusted if an animal is showing signs of extreme fear, stress, or arousal.
Clients are liable for any damage or injury caused by their animal to property, people or other animals.

If you have a specific request for the care that needs to be provided, please reach out to us! We may require an additional rate depending on the number of animals, extra care needed, holiday rate, etc.
Below are some rates that we would add onto the service you book. If you own Reptiles, Amphibians, Fish, or Invertebrates, there will be a specific section for your animal!
Enrichment Activity: + $5 per animal. + $10 per animal if you require CMH Training to provide the treats & + $20 per animal if CMH Training provides supplies. Only for House Sitting Services and Drop-in Visits.
Holiday Rate: + $10
Additional Animal:
House Sitting (if more than 2 animals): + $10 per animal
Drop-in (if more than 2 animals): + $5 per animal
Dog Walking: + $10 per animal
Late Night Check (if more than 2 animals): + $5
Medical Care Needed: + $5 - $15 depending on care that is required. Open to discussion and adjusting the rate!
Fear, Reactivity, Aggressive, etc Behaviors: + $25 per animal

All services is undertaken at the client’s own risk. CMH Training LLC accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss.
We are insured for public Liability, however this does not replace the client’s responsibility as an animal owner.
CMH Training LLC is not liable for any damage your animal causes to property, vehicles, or other animals.
It is recommended that all clients carry third-party pet insurance in case of unexpected incidents.

Below are our rates for the Holiday, Medical Care, and Aggressive Behaviors.
When bookings a service, please specify the number of animals you need us to care for and we’ll let you know if we’d require an additional fee.
Holiday Rate: + $10
Medical Care Needed: + $5 - $15 depending on care that is required and how many animals. Open to discussion and adjusting the rate!
CMH Training LLC does have experience in caring for these types of animals and understands that some may be friendly & calm and others may be “Spicy”. It’s hard enough to find people who have experience and are comfortable caring for these amazing creatures so that’s why we’re open to discussion on our additional rates.
