We make our training plans custom tailored to you & your animal. Not only do we work with your animal, but we’re working with you! We want to set you both up for success so you can carry what you learn with you anywhere.

You’ll be able to tell how passionate we are about animals! We are very understanding, honest, communicative, trustworthy, friendly, and compassionate.
We make commitments to our clients to provide excellent training with humane methods.
Our sessions are structured to introduce new tricks, revisit learned commands, discussing how progress is going, and we will point out any improvements or areas to focus on when you work with your animal. We will assign homework that covers what was discussed & taught so you can continue being consistent with your animal’s training.
-
We provide the knowledge and tools but your animal’s long term success depends on how you use them.
No Guaranteed Results
While we provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific results due to the individual nature of each animal.
Behavioral change is complex and influenced by genetics, environment, health, consistency, and history.
Every animal learns at a different pace—some may progress quickly, while others may take more time.
Success depends not only on training sessions but also on the owner’s consistency and follow-through at home.
Even with proper training, setbacks or relapses in behavior can occur and are a normal part of the process.
We cannot guarantee permanent elimination of behaviors such as reactivity, anxiety, aggression, barking, etc.
Our program is structured to set you & your animal up with the right tools & knowledge so you may elevate the quality of life of your pet and build a stronger healthier bond. Results depend on your commitment to daily practice to reinforce desired behaviors.
Our Process & Methods
Training Philosophy
We use positive reinforcement methods that focus on rewarding desired behaviors rather than punishing unwanted ones.
Our approach is force-free, fear-free, and pain-free, based on current behavioral science and welfare standards.
We prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship between dog and owner through communication and consistency.
Dogs are taught new behaviors through repetition, reward, and clear communication - not intimidation or dominance.
Training plans are tailored to each dog’s learning style, age, breed, temperament, and past experiences.
Approved Tools & Equipment
We may suggest equipment based on your dog's individual training goals and needs, ensuring it's used correctly and safely.
All tools must fit properly and be in good condition for the safety of the dog.
We will provide guidance on how to introduce and use tools to build positive associations.
The following tools are permitted and may be recommended during training:
Flat collars
Front-clip or back-clip harnesses
Long lines
Clickers
Treat pouches
Reward Based Techniques
Food rewards, toys, praise, and play are commonly used to reinforce desired behaviors.
We encourage the use of high-value treats during training, especially in distracting environments.
Timing and consistency of rewards are key to effective learning—this will be taught during sessions.
Rewards are gradually faded as behaviors become reliable, moving toward real-life reinforcement.
Play-based training can be incorporated for dogs that are toy- or praise-motivated.
All rewards used must be safe, appropriate for the dog’s size and dietary needs, and used under supervision.
Ongoing Education & Ethical Standards

We welcome questions and encourage clients to be informed, active participants in their dog’s learning journey.
Any advice conflicting with modern welfare science (e.g., dominance theory, outdated punishment-based techniques) will not be supported or endorsed.
